Menasha Corporation today announced that Kristopher R. Neff has joined the company as Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer. In this role, Neff will lead the development and execution of the company’s enterprise strategy and guide long-term strategic growth initiatives.
Neff brings more than 20 years of experience driving growth and transformation within global manufacturing and consumer businesses. He has deep expertise in product development, supply chain, and category management, coupled with a strong track record of leading strategic change.
Most recently, Neff served as Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development at PoolCorp, a Fortune 500 distributor of swimming pool and outdoor living products with more than $5 billion in annual revenue. Prior to that, he spent more than 18 years at Brunswick Corporation in roles of increasing responsibility, where he led global operations, product strategy and innovation and served as President of the Boston Whaler Group, a leading Brunswick brand.
Neff holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, a master’s degree in engineering, and an MBA from the University of Michigan.
