Executive Leadership

Christopher was appointed President and CEO of Menasha Corporation and elected a director of the Corporation in 2023. He joined the Corporation following a 24-year career at Brunswick Corporation, where he progressed through operational and general management roles, culminating in his 2019 appointment as President of Mercury Marine, Brunswick’s largest division.

Brian joined Menasha Corporation as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary in November 2025. He brings over 20 years of legal leadership across public companies and global manufacturers, most recently serving as Vice President & Deputy General Counsel at Generac Holdings. Prior to that, Mr. Cothroll held senior legal roles at A.O. Smith Corporation.

Mark served 25 years as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary before announcing his retirement in November 2025. Mr. Fogarty’s broad legal expertise and sound judgment impacted significant Company strategic decisions, and he demonstrated a deep understanding of and strong respect for Menasha Corporation’s family ownership legacy. He will retire from the Company in April 2026.

Lea Ann joined Menasha Corporation in 2002 as Tax Manager and assumed progressive roles that included Executive Compensation Director, Corporate Controller, Vice President and Treasurer, and Senior Vice President of Finance prior to being named Chief Financial Officer.

Shailesh Jha joined Menasha Corporation in 2023 as Vice President and Chief Information Officer. With an impressive 27-year career in global IT within the manufacturing sector, he brings valuable expertise in areas such as ERP and digital transformations, supply chain management, and implementing business intelligence solutions. Prior to his current position, he held significant roles at Regal Rexnord Corp and GE Healthcare, further solidifying his extensive experience in the field.

Norman was appointed President of ORBIS Corporation in 2023. He previously held the position of Executive VP of Sales & Marketing. Mr. Kukuk started his career at ORBIS in 1998 as an Associate Product Manager and also held the roles of VP of Product Management, Executive VP and General Manager of the ORBIS Custom Business Unit.

Since 2018, Michael has served as President of Menasha Packaging Company. He joined Menasha Corporation in 1992 and held successive management and leadership roles at Menasha Packaging including General Manager, Group Vice President, Senior Vice President of Sales, and Chief Operating Officer.

Tina was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer in 2024. She previously held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Menasha Packaging Company, a subsidiary of Menasha Corporation, beginning in 2022. With 25 years of experience in human resources, Tina has held leadership positions at Fortune 500 companies, where she spearheaded global strategic programs and HR transformational initiatives.
